Professor Hung is a dual-specialist in Infectious Disease and Gastroenterology & Hepatology and has published more than 150 international peer reviewed original articles. His research includes vaccines, innovative treatment of severe influenza and prevention of pneumococcal infection. He is the Board and Founding Member of the World Association for Infectious Diseases and Immunological Disorders.
