DESCRIPTION:Being a correspondent in China means working under state surveillance\, and much of it is digital these days. To protect your information and especially your sources\, it’s vital to pay attention to cybersecurity and harden your devices. \nAfter great interest in the first cybersecurity workshop with fellow FCCC member and cybersecurity buff Marc Hofer\, we will take a deep dive in a second session. You are encouraged to bring your devices and set them up on the spot under Marc’s guidance. There will of course be opportunities to answer specific questions! \nThis session is for correspondents only. The second workshop will build up on what you learned in the first session. If you did not attend the first workshop\, you are encouraged to watch the video Marc and David made to summarize the lessons learned.
