What parts of the trade war continue to simmer below the surface? \nTime to step back and reflect. What does history tell us about trade wars? Which strategies have worked and which have failed? And who has used the truce better to improve his negotiation position? \nAbout the speaker: Chad Bown is a senior fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics.
