    Speaker and Advisory Committee Workshop (Sunday 31 March): Stress Management
    Stress Surfing is an approach to stress that enables us to embrace it and ride the wave of its force. Stress surfing isn’t just a metaphor: as the wave of stress impacts your body and mind, you can learn to use it. Welcome your stress as an ultimate source of information and energy to enrich your health, relationships, effectivity and life quality.
    Chase your stress down to use it for development and fun. Stress itself becomes a signal for you to surf. This workshop will offer you a brief experience that you can then hone to more advanced practice and training, designed to develop your stress-surfing skills to the level of a reflex. So, you can surf your stress without even thinking, whenever life challenges you. Understanding is not enough for change. Only persistent daily practice can make a reflexive difference.
    Curiously improve your:
    – physical health and capability to enjoy;
    – happy and mutually beneficial relationship;
    – active and flexible thinking;
    – dignity and conscious value-based life
