The camera crew was filming for about ten minutes on the street next to the petitioning office. Uniformed police arrived and took the crew to the nearby police station.
They were questioned several times by different teams of police officers from local police and from the exit-entry bureau. They policemen accused the journalists of causing trouble and they insisted on separating members of the crew for questioning. They told one reporter that she was causing a public disturbance and asked her to admit her wrongdoing. They asked to see our footage. The reporter showed two clips shot quickly on the street while they were being walked to the police station, and the police did not ask to delete it. After an hour and a half, they were let go.
