How do I get my login details?

We will send your login details to whichever email you signed up to the FCCC with: this is the same email you get our weekly newsletters sent to. We will send it from the fccc@nullfccchina.org email address.

I can't access one of the member-only pages!

Check you are still logged in. You can only access member-only pages when you have logged in to the website platform, via the “Member Login” page on the top menu bar of the website.

You can only be logged in on one device at a time. If you log in on a second device, you will be kicked on the first device, and have to login again.

Only correspondent members can access certain member-only pages. If you think you have been incorrectly placed in a membership category, please email fcccadmin@nullgmail.com.

I can't see the membership to renew!

Remember to log in before trying to RSVP for an event, buy tickets or pay for your membership.

Can I use my Chinese bank card?

Yes, you can. Please note that Chinese bank cards have a card number made up of 4 sets of 4 digits plus 1 set of 3 digits (put all the 18 numbers on the card number field). You can use the last 3 digits as the CVC number on the form below.
